1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded American cheese
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
1/4 cup chopped green onion
12 eggs, beaten
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 1/4 cups breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and blend in flour. Cook for 1 minute.
