HAMBURGER MEAL IN ONE
A great meat and potatoes dish. Filling and tasty, the whole family loves it! My mom insists that I make this every time we visit. I got the base of the recipe from an old Taste of Home or Quick Cooking magazine, it's been awhile so I don't remember which one. I did tweak it a bit to suit my family's tastes. The frozen veggie amounts are approx, it changes every time I make it based on what I have in the freezer and my mood.

Tips:
- Choose high-quality ground beef: Look for ground beef with a fat content of 15-20%. This will ensure that your burgers are juicy and flavorful.
- Season the beef well: Use a combination of salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and spices. You can also add a beaten egg or bread crumbs to help bind the beef together.
- Don't overmix the beef: Overmixing the beef will make your burgers tough. Mix the beef just until it is combined.
- Form the burgers gently: Use your hands to gently form the beef into patties. Don't press down on the burgers, or they will be dense and dry.
- Cook the burgers over medium heat: This will help to prevent the burgers from drying out. Cook the burgers for about 4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Let the burgers rest before serving: This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the burgers, making them more flavorful.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for your toppings: This will make a big difference in the overall flavor of your burgers.
