Tips:
- Use ripe avocados for a creamy and flavorful dressing.
- If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- To make the dressing ahead of time, whisk all of the ingredients together and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a heartier salad, add some cooked chicken, tofu, or grilled vegetables.
- Serve the salad immediately after tossing it with the dressing, as the avocado will start to brown if it sits for too long.
Conclusion:
This Hawaiian dressing with avocado, egg, and spinach salad is a delicious and refreshing dish that is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The creamy avocado dressing adds a rich and flavorful twist to the classic spinach salad, and the hard-boiled eggs and bacon add protein and a salty crunch. This salad is also a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables.
