HEALTHY APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL BARS
My version of a very healthy high protein, low sugar, high fiber snack/energy bar. Only good carbs and a low glycemic index. This bar is very tasty and filling! I also want to stress that this is a LOW sugar item. If you are looking for something that is very sweet, like my first reviewer, you may want to add more sugar or splenda. This is personal preference as I do not like things too sweet.

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your oatmeal bars will be.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the oatmeal bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Use a variety of mix-ins: Feel free to add your favorite mix-ins to the oatmeal bars, such as nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or chocolate chips.
- Bake the oatmeal bars until they are just set: Overbaking will make the oatmeal bars dry. Bake them until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
- Let the oatmeal bars cool completely before cutting them: This will help them to hold their shape.
Conclusion:
These apple cinnamon oatmeal bars are a delicious and healthy snack or breakfast option. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With their wholesome ingredients and delicious flavor, these oatmeal bars are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
