1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 cup shrimp, minced
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons onions, grated
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 drops hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese with mayo.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
  • Allow mixture to chill for 1 hour so flavors will blend.
  • Serve with crackers or potato chips.

2 (4 ounce) cans small shrimp, drained
1 (8 ounce) jar cocktail sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
assorted crackers for dipping

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese in an even layer on a serving dish or in the bottom of a glass pie pan.
  • Combine shrimp with cocktail sauce in a bowl and spread evenly over the cream cheese layer.

5 Green Onions, chopped
assorted crackers for dipping

Steps:

  • Spread cream cheese in an even layer on a serving dish or in the bottom of a glass pie pan. Combine shrimp with cocktail sauce in a bowl and spread evenly over the cream cheese layer. 1 floral foam wreath form, 10 inches in diameter and about 2 inches thick
1 head curly endive, bibb or leaf lettuce
1 1/2 lb extra-large cooked tail-on shrimp (about 40 shrimp), thawed if frozen
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
1 cup cocktail sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

  • Cut four 18-inch-long sheets of plastic wrap; fold in half lengthwise. Cover wreath with plastic wrap by pulling wrap through center and around wreath, overlapping plastic to cover wreath completely. Place on serving plate. Cover wreath with lettuce leaves.
