ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES
This is one of the easiest side dishes I've found. I don't even like most tomatoes, but I love these sweet little cherry tomatoes. This is the basic recipe, but you can also add slivered garlic to the roasting pan and/or chopped fresh basil and Parmesan cheese at the end. Very good with pasta!

Tips:
- Choose ripe and firm cherry tomatoes for the best flavor and texture.
- Use fresh horseradish for the strongest flavor. If you can't find fresh horseradish, you can use prepared horseradish, but it will have a milder flavor.
- Adjust the amount of horseradish to your taste. If you like a more spicy horseradish flavor, add more horseradish. If you prefer a milder flavor, add less.
- Serve the horseradish cherry tomatoes as an appetizer or side dish. They are also great for adding a pop of flavor to salads, sandwiches, and wraps.
Conclusion:
Horseradish cherry tomatoes are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or simply enjoying as a snack. The horseradish gives the tomatoes a spicy kick, while the cherry tomatoes add a sweet and tangy flavor. These horseradish cherry tomatoes are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
