1/4 cup mayo
2 T chopped green onion

Green onion, chopped
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Bake in 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until dip is hot and cheese is melted on chips.

Tips:

  • Choose fresh spinach. Fresh spinach will give your dip a more vibrant color and flavor. If you can't find fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach, but be sure to thaw it and squeeze out all the excess water before using it.
  • Use a good quality cheese. The cheese is the main ingredient in this dip, so it's important to use a good quality cheese that melts well. Some good choices include cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  • Don't overcook the spinach. Spinach cooks very quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked spinach will be mushy and lose its flavor.
  • Serve the dip immediately. This dip is best served immediately after it's made. The cheese will start to harden as it cools, so if you want to make it ahead of time, be sure to reheat it before serving.

Conclusion:

Hot cheesy spinach dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a dip that is sure to please everyone.
