Homemade Gnocchi image

I have not tried this recipe yet, but I intend to soon. According to the article, that came with the recipe in this morning's local newspaper, these gnocchi are light as a feather. The recipe comes from a former fine dining establishment in our area that we used to go to very often and the food was outstanding! I am guessing at the prep and cook times.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my gnocchi turned out really gummy. I guess I'll have to try again.

These gnocchi were a bit too soft for my taste, but they were still tasty.

I thought these gnocchi were just okay. They were a little bland and didn't have much flavor.

These gnocchi were a little denser than I expected, but they were still very good. I think I might try a different recipe next time.
