Tips:
- Prep Your Pork Chops: Remove any excess fat from the pork chops but leave a little bit of fat for flavor. Season the chops with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices before cooking.
- Choose the Right Barbecue Sauce: Use a barbecue sauce that you enjoy the taste of and that complements the flavor of the pork chops. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
- Cook the Pork Chops Over Medium Heat: Cooking the pork chops over medium heat will help to prevent them from drying out. Cook them for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
- Baste the Pork Chops: Baste the pork chops with the barbecue sauce during the last few minutes of cooking. This will help to add flavor and moisture to the chops.
- Let the Pork Chops Rest: After cooking, let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the chops, making them more tender and flavorful.
