1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar

1/3 cup hot water

  • Place chops, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.

8 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 8 ounces each)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup each ketchup, barbecue sauce, French salad dressing and honey

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. In batches, brown pork chops 2-3 minutes on each side. Return all to pan., In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chops. 1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar

1 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon dark molasses
6 pork chops (1 to 1-1/2 inches thick)
