3 tablespoons butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, ginger and nutmeg.

3 tablespoon unsalted butter (softened)
2 large eggs
1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 5 or 15 oz can evaporated milk (see notes)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding powder
