1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (2 oz)
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons), if desired

Steps:
