1 medium onion, diced

3 cups cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken
kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
½ cup heavy cream

  • Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Melt butter in the hot pot; cook onion and garlic until fragrant, about 3 minutes. 2 tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 large bay leaves
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup frozen peas
