1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon plus 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, divided

  • Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon of mustard. In another shallow bowl, combine honey and remaining mustard. This is my husband's favorite dish. I kinda just made it up one day i feeling experimental and it's been a staple in our house ever since. For just a nice weekday meal or for a dinner party, it's sure to impress! The best part, it's supper easy to make! Even the most novice cook can do this.

4 skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (about a cup or so)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced)
honey mustard sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven for 425°F.
  • Turn a large skillet onto med-high heat
  • Coat skillet with the olive oil.
  • In one bowl, add eggs and beat with a fork.
  • In the other bowl add bread crumbs.
  • Coat chicken in the egg mixture then dip in the bread crumbs until coated.
  • Then dip it again in the egg mixture then bread crumbs to get a nice breading around the chicken.
  • Place chicken in the skillet.
  • Let the chicken lay on both sides til their a nice crisp golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Lay chicken on a greased backing sheet and brush on honey mustard.
  • Cook for about 25 minute or unit chicken is done.
  • Add mozzarella and return to oven for about 2 minutes for the cheese to melt.

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Honey Mustard, recipe follows
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oil to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into long strips and set aside.
  • Beat the 3 eggs in a separate bowl and measure the flour into another separate dish.
  • Measure the panko into a pie plate or shallow bowl and season with garlic powder, lemon-pepper, cayenne, salt and pepper.

1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 carton Egg Beaters egg substitute (or other egg substitute)

2 eggs
½ cup milk

6 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup olive oil for frying

2 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 (18 ounce) bottle honey mustard barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Transfer to a deep 9x13 inch baking dish.
