FAT FREE ITALIAN DRESSING
I tweaked our favorite Italian Dressing recipe so it was healthier and more WW friendly. The original recipe (which is Recipe #20158) is fantastic, but it is 2 points plus per Tablespoon. This version is 1 point plus for the WHOLE recipe! We use it on salads, Italian subs, pasta, chicken and even as a dip for bread. You can use red or white wine vinegar. I actually prefer the taste of the red, but it looks more like Italian dressing if you use the white.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better the dressing will taste. This is especially important for the herbs and spices.
- Adjust the ingredients to your taste: This recipe is a good starting point, but you can adjust the ingredients to your own liking. For example, if you like a more tangy dressing, you can add more lemon juice. If you like a more herbaceous dressing, you can add more herbs.
- Let the dressing sit for a while before using: This will allow the flavors to meld together and develop. If you can, let the dressing sit for at least 30 minutes before using, or even overnight.
- Store the dressing in a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid: This will help to keep the dressing fresh for longer. The dressing will keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Conclusion:
This Italian Fat-Free Dressing is a delicious and healthy way to dress your salads, vegetables, and grilled meats. It is made with simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen, and it is easy to make. With just a few minutes of effort, you can have a flavorful and healthy dressing that will make your meals more enjoyable.
