BAKED TORTELLINI WITH ITALIAN SAUSAGE
Recipe is originally from Aylmer's Tomatoes (back in the day when you snail-mailed to order a recipe book). Over the years I've tweaked the ingredients to our preference. I couldn't find this recipe on the web even so I'm posting to share with other Zaar members. The recipe doesn't call for garlic, however for those that enjoy it... mince away.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make all the difference in your Italian Sausage Tortellini Bake. Look for high-quality sausage, tortellini, and vegetables.
- Don't overcook the tortellini: Tortellini should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked tortellini will become mushy and ruin the texture of your dish.
- Use a variety of vegetables: This recipe calls for bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, but you can use any vegetables you like. Some other good options include zucchini, spinach, and broccoli.
- Season to taste: Be sure to taste your dish before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or garlic powder.
- Serve with a side salad or bread: This dish is hearty and filling, but it can be even better when served with a light side salad or some crusty bread.
Conclusion:
Italian Sausage Tortellini Bake is a quick and easy weeknight meal that's packed with flavor. It's a great way to use up leftover sausage and tortellini, and it's always a hit with the family. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy dinner idea, give this recipe a try!
