1 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup Panko crumbs
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 up Parmesan cheese
Parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • In a skillet, brown and crumble the sausage, draining any excess fat.
