- Mix all ingredients in the order given.
- Chill for 3-4 hours.
- Roll dough 1/4" thick.
- Cut in 3" circles.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degF for 10-12 minutes.

Roll dough 1/4 inch thick on a well floured cloth-coverred board. Cut into 3-inch rounds; sprinkle wiht sugar. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool 2 minutes. Remove form cookie sheet.
