1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup margarine, softened
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt

⅓ cup margarine or butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 very ripe banana, mashed

½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners' sugar
½ ripe banana

I liked this because it had a mild banana flavor which didn't overwhelm the bars. These bars need no frosting...they are the perfect sweetness without it.
