1/2 lb hot Italian sausage
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 potatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 red onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon oregano

4 cups chicken stock
3/4 cup tomato paste
4 green onions, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup crouton

Steps:
