Tips:

  • Choose a fresh, high-quality turkey breast: Look for a turkey breast that is plump and has moist, pink flesh. Avoid turkey breasts that are bruised or have an off odor.
  • Brine the turkey breast before cooking: Brining helps to keep the turkey breast moist and flavorful. To brine the turkey breast, dissolve 1/2 cup of salt in 1 gallon of water. Add the turkey breast to the brine and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
  • Season the turkey breast generously: Before cooking, season the turkey breast with a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. You can also add other herbs and spices to your liking.
  • Roast the turkey breast at a high temperature: Roasting the turkey breast at a high temperature helps to create a crispy skin and juicy meat. Roast the turkey breast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the turkey breast rest before carving: After roasting, let the turkey breast rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Lemon Garlic Turkey Breast is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. With its crispy skin, juicy meat, and flavorful sauce, this dish is sure to please everyone at the table. Whether you're looking for a simple weeknight meal or a special occasion dish, Lemon Garlic Turkey Breast is a great choice.
