Tips:

  • Use fresh limes. Fresh limes will give your crescents the best flavor. If you can't find fresh limes, you can use bottled lime juice, but the flavor will not be as good.
  • Zest the limes before juicing them. This will help to release the essential oils from the limes, which will give your crescents a more intense flavor.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the dough tough. Mix the dough just until it comes together.
  • Chill the dough before rolling it out. This will help to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands and will make it easier to roll out.
  • Bake the crescents until they are just golden brown. Overbaking will make the crescents dry and crumbly.

Conclusion:

Lime crescents are a delicious and easy-to-make cookie that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you are looking for a sweet treat to serve at your next party or just want a quick and easy snack, lime crescents are a great option.
