Tips:

  • Choose high-quality pork chops. Look for chops that are thick and evenly marbled with fat. This will help ensure that they stay moist and juicy during cooking.
  • Use a sharp knife to make a pocket in the pork chops. This will help the stuffing stay in place during cooking.
  • Be careful not to overstuff the pork chops. Too much stuffing can make them difficult to cook evenly.
  • Cook the pork chops over medium heat. This will help prevent them from drying out.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. This will help ensure that they are safe to eat.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender.
