1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 ounce) can B&M® Original Baked Beans
1 (15.5 ounce) can Joan of Arc® Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 (15 ounce) can Joan of Arc® Spicy Chili Beans
½ cup BBQ sauce
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towel. Remove all but 3 tablespoons bacon fat. Add onion and pepper and cook 5 minutes or until softened.
  • Add beans, BBQ sauce, and half the bacon and bring to a boil.
  • Transfer beans to 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes or until bubbling.
  • Remove foil and top with cheese and reserved bacon. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 large onion, finely chopped
1 pound peppered bacon
7 (28 ounce) cans baked beans (such as Bush's® Original)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can light red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans, drained
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup prepared yellow mustard
¼ cup soy sauce

1 pound dried navy beans
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
4 quarts cold water, divided
1 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup molasses
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, bring beans, salt and 2 qt. water to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; let stand for 1 hour. Drain beans and discard liquid. Return beans to pan. Cover with remaining water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until beans are tender. Drain, reserving liquid. 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 slices bacon

Steps:

  • Move the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add browned and drained ground beef, all four cans of beans, onion, bell pepper, 1 cup of brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
