2 cups uncooked egg noodles
½ pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage
16 ounces pizza sauce
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1 lb ground beef, cooked
vegetable oil cooking spray
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 cups shredded cheese (original author recommends Italian blend)
2 cups small shell pasta (small shells, bow ties, etc)

Steps:

  • Cook and drain ground beef, crumbling as you cook.
  • Spray the inside of slow-cooker with vegetable spray to minimize sticking.

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon garlic herb blend (I like Mrs. Dash or McCormick blend)
2 teaspoon s onion powder
2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheese Blend (I like the Italian blend)
2 cups small pasta (bow ties, elbow macaroni or small shells}

Steps:

  • Cook, drain and crumble ground beef. Lightly spray inside of crock-pot with vegetable spray.
  • Add soups, milk, seasonings and cheese to crock-pot. Stir in ground beef and pasta. Mix well.
  • Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours depending on type of pasta used.
