1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
2 packages (.3 ounce each) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sliced sweetened strawberries, thawed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. , In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar substitute and remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate until chilled., Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple aside. Add water to pineapple juice if necessary to measure 1 cup; pour into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour into a large bowl; stir in gelatin until dissolved., Drain strawberries, reserving juice; set strawberries aside. 2 cups boiling water
2 boxes (16 oz each) frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
2 cups pretzels, crushed

1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed

¾ cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O®
2 cups boiling water
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries

Steps:

I found this recipe (pretty common one) and modified it. Haven't tried the crust yet in this particular recipe, but I've used it in other things. Y'all feel free to tell me how it works.. sort of posting for my own reference as well! Most of cook time is chill time.

1 cup Fiber One cereal
3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 cup water
salt, to taste
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1 cup Splenda sugar substitute (to taste)
2 cups Cool Whip Free
1 (6 ounce) package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 cups very hot water
2 cups strawberries, rinsed and sliced

Steps:

  • Combine crust ingredients and pat in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Add a little more water if necessary. Bake 8 minutes in preheated 375 oven. Let cool completely.
  • Combine splenda and cream cheese in medium bowl for 3 minutes over low speed. Mixture will be thick. Gradually add Cool Whip, do not over beat. Pour over cooled pretzel crust. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  • Combine Jello and hot water in medium bowl. Gradually add berries, stirring a few minutes until mixture has slightly cooled. Carefully pour over cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

2 ½ cups crushed pretzels
1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
2 cups boiling water
3 cups strawberries, chilled

1 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
