Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft and translucent, 5 to 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Remove from heat. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, and mustard. Transfer mixture to buttered baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to at 350º .
- Place the bacon in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add ground beef to pan and cook until both are browned.
- Season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Add the egg and1/2 of the cheese.
- Press the meat mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
