2 pounds ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
8 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  • Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
1 pound ground beef
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic cloves, pressed
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons diced dill pickles
½ tablespoon mustard

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • Cook ground beef and onion in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are soft and translucent, 5 to 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Remove from heat. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, and mustard. Transfer mixture to buttered baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 7 to 10 minutes.

2 lbs ground sirloin, lean
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
8 ounces Italian cheese blend (or cheddar or your favorite)
2 cups lettuce, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup hot sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to at 350º .
  • Place the bacon in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add ground beef to pan and cook until both are browned.
  • Season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Add the egg and1/2 of the cheese.
  • Press the meat mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
