2 teaspoons plus 1/2 cup butter, divided
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
3 cups chopped macadamia nuts, divided
12 ounces German sweet chocolate, chopped
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional

Steps:

  • Line two 9-in. square pans with foil; butter the foil with the 2 teaspoons butter. Set aside. , In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, milk and remaining butter. Bring to a gentle boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in 2 cups nuts, chopped chocolate, chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla and salt if desired., Pour fudge into prepared pans; sprinkle remaining nuts over top and press in lightly. 36 large marshmallows

  • Line a 15x10x1-in. pan with foil. Grease the foil and 3-in. cookie cutters with 1 tablespoon butter. 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup butter
2 cups white chocolate chips (best quality 12-oz. pkg.)
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract

Steps:

  • Line 9-inch-square baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
  • Grease foil with butter.
  • Butter sides of 3-quart heavy-duty saucepan.
  • Combine sugar, coconut milk and 1/2 cup butter in prepared saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture boils.
  • Clip a candy thermometer to side of pan, making sure the bottom of the thermometer does not touch bottom of pan.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Continue boiling at a moderate, steady rate without stirring, until thermometer registers 238° F., softball stage (about 15 minutes).
  • Adjust heat as necessary to maintain a steady boil. Remove from heat.

1 large egg
3/4 cup sour cream

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk, preferably low-fat kind
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (20 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup vegetable oil
5 -6 canned pear halves in natural juice, pureed (about 1 1/4 cups)
2 eggs
1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts or 1/3 cup pecans
2 teaspoons water
2 cups butterscotch sundae sauce
1/3 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray a 9" or 10" springform pan with Pam.
  • In a small saucepan, combine condensed milk and chocolate chips.
  • Heat on med-low setting til chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon and oil until crumbly.
  • Place pears in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of the cake mix mixture, pears and eggs.

1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 cup Oil
1 can Sliced Pears in light syrup [16 oz, drained]
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Macadamia Nuts -or- Pecans [chopped]
2 tsp Water
SAUCE :
1 jar Butterscotch Caramel Fudge Ice-cream Topping [17 oz.]
1/3 cup Milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°. Spray 9 or 10 inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a small saucepan, combine filling ngredients. Cook over medium-low heat until chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. In large bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon and oil. Blend at low speed for 20 to 30 seconds or until crumbly. (Mixture will be dry) Place pears in blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade; cover and blend until smooth. 1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c half and half or light cream
1/3 c milk
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
chopped dried pineapple or chopped nuts

Steps:

  • 1. Line a 9x5x3" loaf pan with foil; extend foil over pan edges. Butter foil and set pan aside.
  • 2. Butter the edges of a heavy medium saucepan. In saucepan, combine sugars, half and half or light cream, milk, and honey. Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture boils and sugars dissolve (abt 8 minutes). Reduce heat to medium-low, continue to cook and stir until candy reaches 236 degrees (soft ball stage). Remove pan from heat, add butter and vanilla but DO NOT STIR. Cool, without stirring, to 110 degrees (40-50 mins).
  • 3. Beat mixture vigorously with a wooden spoon until fudge begins to thicken, add macadamia nuts. Continue beating until fudge loses its gloss, abt 10 minutes. Immediately spread fudge into prepared pan, sprinkle with chopped pineapple or nuts, if desired. Cool until firm and lift fudge from pan using foil, cut into squares. Store at room temp in airtight container.
