1 cup cake flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon 2% milk
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:
