MAMA'S YEAST ROLLS
This recipe has been handed down in my family for several generations. I'm not sure which of the ancestors actually originated it, but I know my grandmother used it and made the absolute best rolls in the world. My grandfather wouldn''t eat store bought bread because it wasn't as good as "Mama's" bread.

Tips:
- Use fresh, active yeast. If your yeast is old or inactive, your rolls won't rise properly.
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water before adding it to the dough. This will help the yeast to activate and grow.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. This will help to develop the gluten in the dough, which will give your rolls a chewy texture.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. This will give the yeast time to produce gas, which will make your rolls light and fluffy.
- Bake the rolls at a high temperature so that they will brown quickly. This will help to create a crispy crust.
- Serve the rolls warm with butter, honey, or your favorite spread.
