Tips:

  • Choose ripe mangoes: Using ripe mangoes will ensure that your bread is sweet and flavorful. Look for mangoes that are yellow or orange in color, and that have a slightly soft texture.
  • Roast the walnuts: Roasting the walnuts will intensify their flavor and make them more crunchy. To roast the walnuts, spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or until they are fragrant and slightly browned.
  • Use a bundt pan: A bundt pan will give your bread a beautiful shape and allow it to cook evenly. If you don't have a bundt pan, you can also use a loaf pan, but the bread will not be as tall.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the bread tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Let the bread cool completely before glazing: This will allow the glaze to set properly.

Conclusion:

Mango nut bread is a delicious and easy-to-make quick bread that is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack. It is also a great way to use up ripe mangoes. With its sweet and tangy flavor, and crunchy walnuts, this bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
