These colorful kabobs are a wonderful way to showcase fresh veggies from your garden. Each bite is tender and flavorful, and the aroma is amazing. This is a recipe I found in TOH magazine and posting for safe keeping. Time doesn't include marinading time, so allow at least 2 hours for marinating, but more is better on the flavor. Feel free to add any veggies of your choice.

Tips:

  • When choosing beef for kabobs, select cuts that are tender and flavorful, such as sirloin, flank steak, or tenderloin.
  • To ensure that the beef is evenly cooked, cut it into pieces of uniform size.
  • Marinating the beef before cooking helps to tenderize it and add flavor. Use a marinade that contains acidic ingredients, such as vinegar or lemon juice, to help break down the proteins in the beef.
  • When grilling the kabobs, cook them over medium-high heat until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Avoid overcooking the beef, as this will make it tough.
  • Serve the kabobs with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or pita bread.

Conclusion:

Marinated beef kabobs are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for summer grilling. By following these tips, you can create kabobs that are tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
