STUFFED PASTA SHELLS FOR MEAT-LOVERS
These are quite possible the best you can make! I came up with this recipe to satisfy my carnivorous family and incorporate my love for Italian food. These have a ton of meat, but still a nice amount of the traditional ricotta cheese and spinach. These can also be great appetizer, due to the large amount the recipe yields.

I found this recipe on the back of the San Giorgio jumbo shells box. I've tried a lot of other stuffed shells recipes but I always come back to this one. My hubby loves it and asks for this as his special birthday meal every year. Enjoy!

JUMBO SHELLS STUFFED WITH CHEESE WITH MEAT
A really yummy way to make jumbo shells stuffed with cheese taste. It makes a large amount but could be cut in half. I think it is something you could be sure people would like and be really different. I found the basic on the back of the Barilla noodles box but fixed it up some as it would have seemed bland, so I made this and we love it.

SIMPLE STUFFED SHELLS (WITH NO MEAT OPTION)
For nights when you are too tired to fuss much. Adapted from Woman's Day. The cook time includes 20 minutes for cooking the pasta shells - this goes even faster if you already have your shells cooked,& drained in advance. NOTE: You might not need all of the shells in the box - before cooking, lay out the dry shells in your pan first to see how many you will need and only cook that many.

BASIC MEAT FILLED STUFFED SHELLS- OAMC
Basic meat filled stuffed shells recipe taken from the side of the box of shells and adapted for OAMC. A bit intense (and messy) on the preparation side but a it's a real time saver to make a double batch and be able to pull them from the freezer whenever you want them.

Tips:
- Use a large pot to cook the shells so they have plenty of room to move around and cook evenly.
- Cook the shells until they are al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. This will prevent them from becoming mushy when they are stuffed.
- Rinse the cooked shells with cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent them from sticking together.
- Use a variety of cheeses in the stuffing to create a rich and flavorful filling. A good combination is ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Add some cooked meat, such as ground beef, sausage, or chicken, to the stuffing for a heartier meal.
- Be careful not to overstuff the shells, or they will burst open during baking.
- Bake the stuffed shells in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the shells are heated through.
- Serve the stuffed shells with your favorite sauce, such as tomato sauce, Alfredo sauce, or pesto sauce.
Conclusion:
Meat stuffed shells are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for a weeknight meal or a special occasion.
