Tips:

  • Make sure the chocolate chips are semi-sweet or bittersweet, as this will help balance the sweetness of the cookie dough and the milk filling.
  • If you don't have a shot glass, you can use a small ramekin or custard cup instead.
  • To make sure the cookie dough doesn't stick to the shot glass, grease the inside of the glass with cooking spray or butter.
  • Don't overfill the shot glass with cookie dough, as it will expand during baking.
  • Bake the cookie shooters until the edges are golden brown and the center is set, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Let the cookie shooters cool for a few minutes before filling them with milk.
  • For a fun twist, you can flavor the milk with your favorite extract, such as vanilla, almond, or peppermint.
  • Serve the cookie shooters immediately, while the cookies are still warm and the milk is cold.

Conclusion:

Milk-filled chocolate chip cookie shooters are a fun and easy treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple cookie dough that is baked in a shot glass and then filled with milk. The combination of the warm, gooey cookie and the cold, refreshing milk is irresistible. These cookie shooters are sure to be a hit with people of all ages.
