MIMI'S SOUR CREAM TWISTS
I make these anytime of the year, but was a tradition with my granddaughter that we take them to Easter Sunrise Service breakfast. Everyone loves them. If you don't overbake them, they are soft and tender and delicious with an icing. You'll make them again and again.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Fresh sour cream, real butter, and pure vanilla extract are all essential.
- Make sure the sour cream is cold before using it. This will help to keep the pie from curdling.
- Don't overmix the filling. Overmixing can make the filling tough.
- Bake the pie until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. Overbaking can make the filling dry.
