1 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 cup apple juice
3 tablespoons butter, melted
LEMON SAUCE:
1/2 cup sugar
4-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. In another bowl, combine the eggs, mincemeat, applesauce, juice and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , Pour into a greased 9-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs
2 cups apples, grated
1 cup mincemeat
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
  • In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, allspice, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.

2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
