- Combine flour and baking powder in a large bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in milk and egg. - Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 2 baking sheets. Whisk together 2 cups sugar and the cinnamon, reserve.
