1 1/2 cups white onions (diced)

1/2 teaspoon fresh jalapeno (diced)
3/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
1 1/2 ounces lime juice (fresh)
1 tablespoon salt

Steps:

  • Make sure to mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve with tortilla chips.

Moe's is my FAVORITE restaurant and I've been looking for copycat recipes. I found this online and I'm storing it here for safe keeping. I'm kind of skeptical about the onion because I don't recall onion in the queso at Moe's... but its worth a shot!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup shredded asadero cheese
4 ounces jalapenos or 4 ounces poblano peppers, chopped & drained
1/4 cup half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons onions (finely chopped)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted.
  • Service warm with tortilla chips.

Moe's is my FAVORITE restaurant! found a Pico de Gallo copycat recipe online and putting it here for safe keeping!

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (rinsed well and chopped)
1/4 cup sweet white onion (diced)
1/4 cup red onion (diced)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon jalapeno (diced)
1/2 lime (juiced)
2 teaspoons southwest seasoning (not sure what this is?)

Steps:

  • Drain the chopped tomatoes in a colander.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour to let the flavors combine.
