MOM'S BANANA DESSERT - PAULA DEEN
This recipe is from Paula Deen. I found this recipe in Good Housekeeping magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. I plan to use sugar free Oreo's and sugar free chocolate syrup.

MOTHER'S BANANA BREAD
This is an old recipe that belonged to my mother. I've been making this bread since I was a teenager. At a candy striper bake sale a doctor bought this bread and said that this was the best banana bread that he had tasted.

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your cake will be. You can also use a combination of ripe and overripe bananas for an even richer flavor.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make your cake tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the cake in a greased and floured pan: This will help prevent the cake from sticking to the pan.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it: This will help prevent the frosting from melting.
- Store the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days: You can also freeze the cake for up to 2 months.
Conclusion:
Banana cake is a classic dessert that is easy to make and loved by people of all ages. With its moist texture, sweet flavor, and versatile nature, banana cake is perfect for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight dessert or a special treat for a party, banana cake is sure to please.
