- Lightly grease a 9x13 pan (or two pie pans) and set oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- Cook and drain ground beef. Add onion soup mix and 3/4 cup of water, let simmer until liquid is gone.
- In a separate pan, caramelize onions and add to hamburger mix.
- In a mixing bowl add salt, pepper, milk, eggs and bisquick mix. Beat until batter is evenly mixed.
- Take the hamburger mix and the shredded cheese to make two layers in your pan. Make sure there is a layer of cheese on top. Next, evenly pour the bisquick batter over the top of the hamburger and cheese layers.
