BEST NO-BAKE TURTLE PUMPKIN PIE
A great recipe for pumpkin pie without the oven. I pulled it out of a magazine and will credit Katie Brown, tv host, for this one, although I added more spices. It is very sweet although the original insinuates that it's a diet recipe "They only taste extravagant". Haha. Very fluffy texture that goes great with the pecans at the bottom.

SIMPLE TURTLES® PUMPKIN PIE
This is a very simple and delicious recipe. The combination of caramel, pecans, pumpkin, and a graham cracker crust brings the flavors together. Taste-wise I prefer to make a homemade crust, but a pre-made graham cracker crust can be substituted to reduce prep time. It is a staple in our family around the holidays and has won several cooking contests. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

NO-BAKE PUMPKIN PIE FLAVORED COOKIES
These delicious cookies taste like pumpkin pie. Be careful boiling the mixture...if you boil too long it will crumble, if you don't boil long enough it won't set up. I always boil for 2mins 10sec on almost high heat immediately following rapid boil. It is not recommended that you use any oats other than Quick/1min Oats.

Tips:
- Choose fresh and high-quality ingredients: Always select fresh and top-notch ingredients to ensure the best flavor and texture in your No-Bake Turtles Pumpkin Pie.
- Chill your ingredients properly: Make sure to chill your cream cheese, heavy cream, and pumpkin puree before using. This will help the pie set and firm up more quickly.
- Use a food processor for a smooth filling: If you want a perfectly smooth and creamy filling, use a food processor to blend the ingredients until there are no lumps.
- Don't overmix the filling: Be careful not to overmix the filling, as this can cause it to become runny and less stable.
- Let the pie chill for at least 4 hours: After assembling the pie, let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the pie to set properly.
- Garnish with chopped pecans and chocolate sauce: Before serving, garnish the pie with chopped pecans and drizzle it with chocolate sauce for an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal.
