Time 35m

Yield 24 cupcakes

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (18 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
8 ounces cream cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
6 ounces milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mix cake as directed.
  • Divide batter evenly between 24 greased muffin cups.
  • Beat cream cheese, egg, and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by TBS onto batter.
  • Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your cupcakes will be.
  • Mash the bananas well: Make sure to mash the bananas until they are completely smooth, with no lumps.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make your cupcakes tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the cupcake liners only 2/3 full: This will prevent them from overflowing in the oven.
  • Bake the cupcakes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that they are cooked through.
  • Let the cupcakes cool completely before storing them: This will help them to keep their moisture and flavor.

Conclusion:

These no-frosting-needed cupcakes are a delicious and easy treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are moist, flavorful, and have a perfectly sweet banana flavor. Whether you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast, a sweet snack, or a dessert to serve at your next party, these cupcakes are sure to be a hit.
