1 (300 ml) can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

Steps:

  • mix all three ingredients together.
  • bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased or pamed nine by nine pan.

Batter:2 sticks butter, 1.5 C sugar, 5 whole eggs, 1 box vanilla wafers (crushed), 2 T baking powder, 1 can flake coconut, 1 C nut meats.
Icing:1 C butter, 1 C powdered sugar, 1 can crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • Cream together 2 sticks butter, 1.5 C sugar and the eggs. Mix in the crushed vanilla wafers, the baking powder, the coconut and the nut meats. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350. When cool ice with: Stir together icing ingredients until well mixed. Ice cake and serve.

1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
3 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tablespoons hot coffee

Steps:

  • cream crisco and sugar; add eggs and egg white; mix well. add dry ingredients alternately with milk. add vanilla, lemon extract and nuts. bake in 2 greased 9-inch cake pans in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. cool and frost **to make sour milk, add 1 tablespoon vinegar to milk and let stand a minute ------------------------------------------------- frosting mix margarine, egg yolk and cocoa. add sugar slowly until frosting reaches desired consistency. add cinnamon and coffee to taste
