1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Tips:

  • Choose the right flour. Almond flour, oat flour, and coconut flour are all good choices for low-carb cookies. They are high in fiber and low in carbohydrates, making them a healthier alternative to wheat flour.
  • Use a natural sweetener. Honey, maple syrup, and stevia are all good choices for sweetening cookies without adding sugar. These sweeteners are low in calories and have a low glycemic index, meaning they won't cause a spike in blood sugar levels.
  • Add some healthy fats. Nuts, seeds, and coconut oil are all good sources of healthy fats. These fats can help to keep you feeling full and satisfied, and they can also help to improve your blood cholesterol levels.
  • Don't overbake the cookies. Overbaked cookies will be dry and crumbly. Bake the cookies just until they are set, and then remove them from the oven. This will help to keep them moist and chewy.

Conclusion:

By following these tips, you can make delicious cookies that are low in sugar and carbohydrates, and high in fiber and healthy fats.
