Tips:
- Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor. If you only have frozen cranberries, thaw them before using.
- If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
- Be sure to grease and flour your bread pan before adding the batter. This will help the bread to rise evenly and prevent it from sticking to the pan.
- Bake the bread at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Conclusion:
Nutty Cranberry Cheddar Bread is a delicious and festive bread that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make, and the combination of cranberries, cheddar cheese, and walnuts gives it a unique and flavorful taste. This bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it!
