Overall, a great recipe for roasted pears. I would recommend using ripe, firm pears and roasting them for a shorter amount of time to prevent them from becoming too soft.

The roasting time was a bit too long and the pears were slightly overcooked.

These pears were a bit too tart for my taste, but other family members enjoyed them.

Followed the recipe exactly and the pears turned out gooey and soft on the inside with a slightly crispy exterior. A great success!

These pears were incredibly delicious! The roasting process brought out their natural sweetness and caramelized the edges perfectly. Served them with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and they were the perfect fall dessert.
