½ banana, mashed
1 cup finely chopped rhubarb
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups rhubarb, chopped
2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
