Steps:
- Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl with the butter and golden syrup and gently melt in 10-second bursts in the microwave, or melt it over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until smooth, then take off the heat and stir in the rice pops, coating them gently with the chocolate until they are all completely covered.
- Divide the mixture between nine cupcake or 12 fairy cake paper cases - it's easier if you slide these into a muffin tin as it will help them hold their shape. Leave to set. If you want them to set faster, put in the fridge for 1 hr.
- Drizzle with a little melted chocolate and decorate with sweets, dried fruit or nuts while they are still wet enough to stick them on. Will keep in an airtight container for five days.

OH SO GOOD RICE KRISPIES CAKE
I received this recipe from a friend who wanted me to pass it to my mother. I made the recipe and it was so good that my mother still hasn't seen the recipe. Kids love the change from the plain Rice Krispies cake.

Steps:
- Melt first amount of butter and marshmallows in microwave for 2 minutes on high.
- Mix until mixture is well blended.
- Stir in vanilla and cereal until well coated with marshmallow mixture.
- Press warm marshmallow mixture in a large greased cake pan, (lasagna size pan works well). Cool.
- Melt the second amount of butter, toffee bars and condensed milk in microwave or over low heat on the stove, be careful not to burn.
- Spread toffee mixture over R.K.cake layer, then sprinkle with a layer of marshmallows. Cool.
- Top with another layer of a regular recipe of Rice Krispies cake. Cool.
Tips:
- Use fresh Rice Krispies cereal. Stale cereal will result in a dry and crumbly cake.
- Do not overcook the marshmallow mixture. Overcooking will make the mixture too thick and difficult to spread.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan. This will help to prevent the cake from crumbling.
- Let the cake cool completely before cutting it. Cutting the cake too soon will cause it to fall apart.
- Decorate the cake as desired. You can use frosting, sprinkles, or other decorations to make the cake look festive.
Conclusion:
Rice Krispies cake is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With its simple ingredients and quick preparation time, this cake is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give Rice Krispies cake a try!
