2 teaspoons olive oil
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup uncooked gemelli or spiral pasta
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup prepared pesto

Steps:

  • Toss chicken with seasoning blend. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. 1 package (8 oz) fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

  • In 5- to 5 1/2-quart Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat; season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook chicken in oil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink. With slotted spoon, transfer to plate, and keep warm.

3 oz baby spinach
1 clove garlic
4 oz fresh basil, roughly chopped
