2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
¾ cup sugar
2 tablespoons orange zest
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan over medium high heat, combine the cranberries, white sugar and orange zest. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook until the mixture has reduced to about 1 cup.

1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup cold butter, cubed

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 cup orange marmalade

Steps:
