Tips:
- Choose the right tilapia fillets. Look for fillets that are firm and have a light pink color. Avoid fillets that are slimy or have a strong fishy smell.
- Use a non-stick skillet. This will help prevent the tilapia from sticking and will make it easier to flip.
- Don't overcrowd the skillet. If you are cooking multiple fillets, cook them in batches so that they have enough space to cook evenly.
- Cook the tilapia over medium heat. This will help to prevent the fish from drying out.
- Don't flip the tilapia too often. Once you have flipped it once, let it cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through.
- Serve the tilapia immediately. Tilapia is best served hot, with your favorite sides.
Conclusion:
Parmesan tilapia is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The combination of Parmesan cheese, butter, and herbs gives the tilapia a crispy, flavorful crust. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
